Welcome to Wild Nature Discovery Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://wildnaturediscovery.com and the booking of any safari tours, travel packages, or related services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Provisional Hold: Inquiring about a tour does not guarantee availability. A contract is formed only when we receive your signed booking form and required deposit.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm any itinerary.
Final Payment: Full payment is due no later than 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at booking.
By You: Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds are as follows:
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future tour, but no additional compensation.
Travel Insurance: It is mandatory that you have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and adventure activities (including gorilla trekking where applicable).
Physical Fitness: Some activities (e.g., trekking mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park) require moderate to good physical condition. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your safety.
Vaccinations: You are responsible for complying with all health and entry requirements of Kenya, Rwanda, and any transit countries.
Wild Nature Discovery Ltd acts as an organizer and tour operator. We are not liable for delays, injuries, or losses caused by third-party providers (lodges, airlines, ground transport). Wildlife behavior: animal sightings are never guaranteed. Natural events, political unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions ("force majeure"). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific tour.
We may take photographs or video during tours for promotional use. Unless you object in writing prior to departure, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use your likeness in our marketing materials.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda (for tours in Rwanda) or Kenya (for tours in Kenya), as applicable to the primary location of the tour.
