We share your data with essential partners such as lodges & camps within Amboseli, Nyungwe Forest, or other parks; ground transport & flight providers; park authorities (Rwanda Development Board, Kenya Wildlife Service); and payment processors (Stripe, M-Pesa).We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

International Data Transfers: As your tour may involve providers in Kenya, Rwanda, and your home country, your data may be transferred internationally. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) are in place.

We use SSL encryption on our website and secure servers. We retain your booking data for 7 years to comply with tax and liability laws. Marketing inquiries are retained for 2 years unless you opt out.
